Tech Pack Pro started with a conversation between two brothers about one question: what parts of running a print job are still way harder than they should be?
We didn't set out to build another piece of print software.
Austin works inside the print and merch industry at Relentless Merch. Zach builds software and AI systems.
One conversation about the most frustrating parts of Austin's workflow kept coming back to pre-production: finding the right garment information, building mockups, organizing artwork and print specs, getting customer approval, and making sure production had the right information when it was time to print.
So we decided to fix it.
Tech Pack Pro started as an internal beta for Relentless. It worked. The shop adopted it, and hundreds of tech packs later, it's become part of their real workflow — used with real customers and real production jobs.
Now we're building it for every print shop.
Our goal is simple: make pre-production faster, more consistent, and easier for everyone in the shop without requiring advanced design software or forcing you to replace the tools you already use.
