Plans, billing and the legal pages

Settings → Billing with the Solo and Shop plans at founding prices

Tech Pack Pro now has plans. Free is three tech packs, ever, with every feature and any number of people. Solo and Shop are unlimited and differ only in how many people work in the shop. The first 25 shops to subscribe lock in founding pricing for as long as they stay subscribed.

Billing runs through Stripe: your card, receipts and invoices live there, and you can change plans or cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are published, and every account accepts them once.

Proof approvals

The customer's proof page with the approval form and a typed name

Send a tech pack to your customer as a proof link. They open it on their phone, see the mockup and the details, and approve with a typed name or ask for changes with a comment. No account, no attachment, no “which version was that?”.

The pack keeps the version they approved, so what goes to the press is what they signed off on. Reminders go out on the schedule you set, links expire after 30 days, and you hear back by email either way.

Versions and history

Every export and every proof now keeps a version of the tech pack. Open any version’s PDF from the History card, see who exported or sent it and when, and restore an earlier one if a change went the wrong way.

Files are stored in object storage with nightly offsite backups, so a version you exported last month opens exactly as it did then.

Placements per view

The builder with art placed on the front view and print specifications

Front, back and each sleeve now carry their own art and their own position. Move a chest logo without touching the back print, and the tech pack shows every view the way the press will see it.

This release also folds in a batch of fixes from the shops using Tech Pack Pro in beta.

Teams and workspaces

Settings → Team with an owner and a member

Tech Pack Pro moved to app.techpackpro.io with public signup, and every shop is now a workspace. Invite your team, give each person a role, and every pack belongs to the shop rather than to whoever made it.

Your shop’s name and logo go on every export, and a short onboarding sets that up the first time you sign in.

SanMar catalog

The garment picker across SanMar and S&S Activewear

SanMar styles and colourways are now in the garment picker alongside S&S Activewear, refreshed every night. Pick the exact style and colour your shop is ordering and the mockup starts from that shirt.

Colours are checked against the garment photographs, not just the swatch name, so a “Navy” on screen is the navy that ships.
